Dr. Prashanth K Adiga is a well-renowned and experienced doctor as well as a professor with a great mentoring attitude to teaching the aspirants. He is a highly skilled doctor in the field of infertility treatment and reproductive medicine. He has completed his primary medical degree and MD in OBG. In 2001 he joined as an assistant professor in the Department of OBG, KMC Manipal, and later protected to associate professor in 2008. He continued his career as an associate professor there till 2015 and then he got an appointment as a Professor and head of the department of OBG till 2018. Currently, he is working as a professor in the department of reproductive medicine and surgery at KMC Manipal, Karnataka. Later he underwent basic training in obstetrics ultrasound in Mediscan Chennai. and later he completed advanced training in Obstetric ultrasound and Basic Fetal medicine in Mediscan Chennai. He has also completed a fellowship in Reproductive medicine and surgery. He has also contributed to various chapters in many textbooks. He is joining StudyMEDIC as a StudyRepro mentor.

• Presented a paper titled “Prenatal presentation of congenital megalourethra- A case series” in Indian society of prenatal diagnosis and therapy (ISPAT) in December 2007 in Chennai.
